Having served as a former law enforcement executive, intelligence analyst and management consultant Executive Director David Hale is uniquely qualified to help employers and applicants establish fitness for many vocational duties. As a federally-trained, internationally-certified intelligence analyst he developed and managed a variety of intelligence operations and business enterprises. David is a licensed physical testing and evaluation specialsts, a certified temperament analyst, a law enforcement instructor and he is a certified law enforcement background investigator.

He received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Oklahoma. He completed advanced training with the American College of Sports Medicine, the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and is a graduate of the 110th FBI Executive Leadership Institute. David also completed the HIMS practitioner training program for airline pilot chemical dependency.

Mr. Hale has established fitness for duty for thousands of applicants in a wide variety of public trust occupations. He has provided safety and advisory services to top-tier Fortune 500 executives and A-list celebrities.

David Hale is a corporate committee member of the Aerospace Medical Association, served on the advisory board for Spartan School of Aeronautics and is a contributing author to several publications including: Aviation, Space, and Environmental Medicine and the Federal Air Surgeons Medical Bulletin. He is a member of the International Academy of Aviation and Space Medicine, the International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts and the National Association of Technical Investigators.
